Docking Test Capsule (Archive)

^^ Craft Information - Mission Delayed ^^

The R&D labs have completed the design for our docking ports, which will allow two spacecraft to mate in orbit for exchange of resources and/or personnel. For the initial test of these docking ports, due mainly to the current small size of our astronaut corps, only one of the craft will be under kerbed control, with the other being flown into position remotely. This is the kerbed craft that will go into orbit second and attempt to dock with the probe that was launched earlier.

Once again this mission must be delayed given that the first craft that it was supposed to dock with failed to achieve orbit. It will return to storage in the VAB until we can use it again
